ABOUT CHRISTINE

My mission is to help women build strength (physically, mentally, and emotionally), through evidence-based training and compassionate coaching.

Hi there, 

I’ve lived on both sides of the fitness spectrum…driven athlete and disciplined gym rat, and also the woman who’s wrestled with food, perfectionism, and self-worth.

For years, I believed that being strong meant pushing harder, eating less, and chasing the next goal. As a former athlete turned personal trainer, I built my life around movement. But somewhere along the way, the joy of it got tangled in shame, rules, and the idea that my value was tied to how my body looked or performed.

Motherhood cracked that open for me. I started seeing how easily we pass those messages down, especially to our daughters. I wanted mine to grow up knowing that strength isn’t about control or punishment. It’s about feeling capable, connected, and at peace in your own skin.

That’s why I built my coaching practice around whole-person wellness: movement that builds you up, not breaks you down. Nutrition that fuels your life, not your guilt. Evidence-based practices grounded in compassion, not comparison.

 

My work now is about helping women step out of the toxic noise of diet culture and rediscover what strength truly feels like…physically, mentally, and emotionally.

 

Because it’s not about doing more, shrinking down, or chasing perfection. It’s about finally trusting yourself enough to build something sustainable. 

I hold a BS degree in Exercise Science and the following certifications:  ACSM personal trainer, YogaFit instructor, Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, PN Nutrition, Mindset Coach (HMCC), Menopause Coaching Specialist, and Moderation365 (food behavior).

 

I enjoy camping, and spending as much time with my family outdoors as possible.
